As part of its commitment to women’s empowerment, the station is turning up the volume on the incredible women under 40 who are leading the charge in breaking barriers, driving change, and shaping the future of Uganda. These are the trailblazers across industries—from entrepreneurs and media personalities to musicians and corporate leaders—whose ambition, intelligence, and resilience are redefining success.

NextGen Queens is more than just a campaign; it’s a celebration of strength, talent, and innovation. Throughout Women’s Month, Next Radio 106.1 will showcase the stories and achievements of these remarkable women, amplifying their impact and the ways they are inspiring future generations.

This initiative isn’t just about spotlighting the well-known names; it’s about YOU—the listeners—honoring the incredible women in your own lives. We invite you to call in and tell us about your NextGen Queen, and in doing so, you could WIN an exclusive invite to one of our exciting Women’s Month events happening throughout March.
